My boyfriend loved sushi, but I didn't, so I made a sushi cake for his birthday! It was a big hit and fun to make. I looked up pictures of sushi and tried to copy them using candy. I made a brownie cake for the number 3. The wasabi is tinted whipped cream, the soy sauce is chocolate syrup and the pickled ginger is cut-up gum drops. This was so fun!
