I had to make 80 of these little guys. They are just plan vanilla cake with choc. gananche filling dipped into purple colored white chocolate and topped with a BC lavendar colored rose. Took me forever to get the chocolate to stay on there right. But they tasted SOOOOOOO awesome once they were done. Yes, JUST THIS ONCE I tasted them before they left the kitchen. LOL!
