This cake almost did me in! I created the purse throughout the week with gumpaste. I had covered each cake in mmf and had to redo each one because the fondant cracked each time. At 7 am yesterday, I decided I didn't like the color of any of the layers, and started completely over. I scraped the cake down and started with fresh new frosting and fondant and worked another 9 hours to have the cake done by 6 pm. The other side of the license plate reads "U Look 30".
