I made this cake for a motorcycle enthusiast, it was really scary and took so much trial and error. She requested all chocolate, so it is a chocolate cake with chocolate filling. The outside is done in all fondant except the spokes were piped buttercream. The "50" sign is painted white chocolate and the "fire" around the outside was a crazy experiment that turned out being a huge hit.
