This was a WASC Cake with chocolate mousse filling. I was not happy with it at first but I was able to cover up a lot of the mistakes with the silk flowers. I will not be using Wiltons Buttercream anymore. I know there is better out there I just didnt want to experiment with someones wedding cake. The bride and the groom were very pleased and the groom said he had never tasted a cake so good before.
