This was fer sure the hot colors this year.  I loved doing this cake, as it was the untraditional wedding cake.  Its all buttercream, with the fondant cutouts, bow is made of chocolate.

I dont think this cake can be done with a crusting buttercream..I think the brown would show the texture too much and not be even But it is a non crusting buttercream, must easier to smooth out
