CSM: This was in the October Throwdown...got my butt kicked! LOL. I can't remember the filling on the bottom tier, but it was a chocolate cake. Top tier white cake with an Chocolate Hazelnut Italian Cream filling. Iced in BC. All decorations made from gumpaste (MMF w/Tylose). Everyone at work LOVED it (both design and taste). I couldn't have been happier with the way this turned out. TFL!
