The flag is at and angle with hand painted details on the back and sides. I'll tell ya a secret... The flag is supposed to have three red stripes. I didn't notice till I finished and after I looked it up. YIKES!!!. I should have my Puerto Rican card pulled. haha Even so, my friend didn't notice. I guess he should have his card pulled too. hahahahahaha
