Pointsettia Cake

This cake was a special request for a Chai Tea tasting at Christmas time. Strawberry cake with strawberry filling. Buttercream frosting with royal icing pointsettias!

Beautiful work on the top. I love the lattice work. These are the first pointsettias I have seen on a cake. Very nice.
