i made this cake for a ldadys retirement party.. It is homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.. ( hard to basket weave with LOL) But i think i did ok... And the balloon ontop is a real halium balloon. Figured it would be easier.. Had trouble attaching it to the 4 posts so i had to dowel it through the balloon. Wish i didn't have to but had not other choice.. :(...
