In community album: Mini Cakes / Petit Fours

Olivia Cupcakes

For a "Little House on the Prairie" birthday party. These were suppose to be girly with a rag doll, a pie, a quilt, and a horse (Bunny)...and then wildflowers on the rest! Half were chocolate and the other half white. Covered with luster dust!

CSM: I think these are great! My favorite accents/toppers are the quilt and the pie! I think all the cc look great but just don't personally care for the ones that have the big black center (and that's just personal preference)! Overall great job Sarsi! :D

CSM: great details! I really like this fondant topping instead of icing, it gives a geat work surface!

CSM: Love the textured fondant in the background and allthe little critters you added. I like the black-eyed susans. The only really nit-picky thing I can come up with is the horse's hindquarters, he would look a little more realistic with a thigh (not sure that's what it's called on a horse). Super cute!

Very Very cute! Love the rag doll....and the PIE. Great detail on everything. Just remember to punch down your points in your letters...I can see some. Your quilt is fabulous and your flowers are perfect. It looks like one of the petals is missing tho...the one behind the rag doll. Just noticed the catapillar...or is that a worm? Too cute on all of it!

CSM: Really cute!! Seems like a lot of work. Love the quilt. Only critique I have is maybe the fondant on the cupcake could fit the top a little better.
