I made this for my daughter's 7th Bday - she loved it and that's what matters. I was inspired by msauer and her beautiful pink and white castle cake - but due to time crunch had to use Wilton kit turrets instead of making my own. Bottom layer was choc. with peppermint buttercream filling. Top layer was WASC w/ sugar cookie and raspberry filling. OMG it was delish! Thanks so much for the inspiration and recipes - this site rocks!!
