This was a "just because" cake. I used WASC for the first time (love it!), and first time with fondant. I only did single tiers and didn't use any kind of supports so it kind of sunk into itself. I wouldn't let anyone cut into it for a few days! But it was so moist inside still. The fondant was pretty sticky in between layers, and unfortuantely, that was my family's first introduction to fondant, so now they claim to not like it. I used Michelle Foster's recipe.
