Very nice, What are the measurements? Is the building decor done w/ a star tip?

I'm not sure of the measurements, it was pretty big, but I used the oval pan set and each of the 3 tiers was two layers for a total of six cakes. I cut out the top of the 2 bottom tiers so the one above would sit into the cake and then I carved out the tops of the buildings. I decorated the buildings using the star tip but varied it on each building by doing straight lines with the star tip, then I sprayed the color on with blue and purple spray.

this cake is great! What a great idea with sinking the cakes and then carving the bottom tier!
