Well, this was interesting. The bride and groom don't like cake. Therefore, they decided to serve Costco apple pie and cheesecake. The groom's mom asked me if I could make Costco cheesecake look like a wedding cake. I had to stack 2 layers together to get enough height. I trimmed one set smaller to get the right look.
