this cake made me sad! was perfect...then....I put it in the truck to deliver it. Was a nice day so I rolled my windows down...forgot the defrost was on from the morning! Yep..it was blowing right on the cake! looked down and all the bc was sliding down the cake! SO not cool! Thank heavens for the "emergancy box" la little time in the freezer and some extra icing and it looked sorta ok. such a bumer
