This was a cake I saw done by Bronwen Weber and she provided instructions to make the cake in a pamphlet I picked up at a cake show in Austin. Her cake was two tiers but I wasn't ready to tackle that when I did this one. Chocolate cake w/chocolate MMF "container"; flowers and leaves are all fondant.
