Yellow cake with Satin Ice; the board was decorated with royal icing. The cake was originally supposed to made of carrot cake... The carrot cake recipe I used was way too moist to carve, and it fell apart :( Followed the recipe exactly, but don't know where it went wrong... Anyway, I rebaked and here she is!
