This was a joint anniversary cake for two people celebrating 20 and 25 years of service. Upper tier is white cake w/chocolate mousse filling; bottom tier is chocolate cake w/white chocolate mousse filling. Fondant covered with gumpaste decorations. This was inspired by a similar cake by Sugar Creations.
