I just decided to 'have a play' with some cupcakes. First time that I've done buttercream swirls. The cupcake with the sugarpaste disc, I pushed the nozzle right into the centre of the cake and gently squeezed until the top just started to crack! That way, I knew the centre had a lovely buttercream filling. One of the cupcakes also has a sprinkling of coloured sugar that my aunt brought over to the UK, from Canada!
