This is a chocolate espresso cake with Chocolate covered espresso beans on top. I was just playing around with different frosting. This frosting was very difficult for me... it melted very quickly. I tried adding more powdered sugar but it still melted. I later added it to regular "wilton" buttercream recipe and it held pretty well. You can see the crumbs in it cause it was running all over the place but it sure did taste good!
