This cake is awesome. Could you please explain how you bunched up the bottom tier. This desiign would work perfectly for a cake i'm doing in November for my sisiter.

It was done in approx. 3x3" panels that I rolled, rumpled, and let set for a few minutes before applying to the cake.

so pretty...infact just seen a doll cake with this same method, as per the experts here...but would be helpful if u could just do a couple of steps to show how this was done.....would really appreciate that...thanks
