Made this for my mom's bday! It's an awesome strawberry cake filled with a sugar cookie baked in the same pan as the cake (not at the same time) and cream cheese SMBC. Also iced with the CC SMBC. Thanks to the SMBC thread and the "Well Dressed Cake" recipe. I will never voluntarily use powdered sugar BC again!!!!
