1/4 sheet white cake filled with raspberry Swiss Meringue BC, iced in traditional BC. Gumpaste / fondant heart, medal of courage, diploma, witches feet, and Emerald City. Ruby slippers are made of white chocolate and covered in edible glitter. Fabric riboon to match Dorothy's dress; fondant "yellow brick road".
