This cake was for a small wedding. The grooms family was paying for the majority of it so the bride was being very frugal with the money. She ordered just the top 3 tiers for the cake - the grooms father called me and added the bottom tier at the last minute because he wanted her to have a big, nice cake for her wedding and pictures!
