Chocolate mudcake with white chocolate ganache filling. MMF and royal icing transfers for the characters and clouds. The MMF was made completely from scratch - I made my own marshmallow mixture (castor sugar, gelatine and water) and then followed the MMF recipe. Fantastic to work with! TFL :)
