After hours of deliberating with the bride and 8 sketches later, she finally decided on this cake. Still not sure what she thought of the final result, but I am happy with it except for a bit of sagging of the fondant. I only put 3 straw dowels in the bottom. What was I thinking!! I was hoping she may not notice as much as I would, but we'll see. My first time using choc fondant, not sure I am a fan yet, too soft. TFL
