Hello Everyone, This is the 3rd paid wedding cake I have done. It was the most difficult for me as it was to be a smooth white buttercream icing. (I am still having problems getting my buttercream smooth) thank god for sparlkes of large white granular sugar. I used them to cover some imperfections. The bride wanted red roses incorperated in her cake, I hope she likes it! I delivered and set up the cake today. Any comments would be helpful. I am still learning as I value all tipes and suggestions. Monica
