The badge on the front and the yellow squares on the sides are fondant with BC details piped on. The rest is iced with BC. I made the top of the helmet with a bowl I had that was the right size and then placed it at the edge of the round tier so to create the back of a fireman's helmet. Your comments are appreciated!
