This was my final cake for the Wilton Fondant and Gumpaste Course. My teacher allowed us to do our own design as long as we did something that we learned in the course. I was inspired by many of the great cakes here on CC. I had such an awful time with getting a clean cut with the Wilton plastic daisy cutters. It was very frustrating. I did enjoy putting everything together. The cake is covered in MMF. The daisies are gumpaste and the stems are MMF. TFL!
