Final Cake Class 1

Final Cake Class 1 on Cake Central

This was my final cake for Wilton Class 1. It's just a plain old 8" white cake with butterceam filling ( I didn't feel well, so got lazy). I used class recipe except used butter instead of shortening. It tasted much better but never would crust, so it was a real pain trying to get it smooth. The roses and shells were all (normal) class recipe. Let me know what ya think!
