This was my first wedding cake. I had a hard time with the top tier. I frosted it over 4 times!!!! The bottom three tiers are styrofoam. I made three sheet cakes of different flavors to serve to the guests. The bride and groom chose to have french vanilla cake with buttercream frosting on their topper cake. It turned out really well. I dotted the bottom and middle with chocolate buttercream,
