Mika is my niece. A 9" and 5" round chocolate cake, ganache filled and frosted and covered with fondant. The ganache wouldn't harden and I had a difficult time covering the cakes with fondant. The cupcakes were dipped in poured fondant and topped with fondant accents. My first time covering a cake with fondant and poured fondant. I need more practice! Thanks for looking!
