This was a vanilla cake with fresh strawberry filling, buttercream frosting, and royal roses. The wedding and reception was held at a local amusement park in upper 90 degree weather. We had a 95 minute drive to deliver with no air conditioning, I was so worried about the frosting melting that I asked the bride and groom to cut the cake as soon as possible.
