This cake is my entry to the Carolina Cake Show in Pineville, NC on 9-20-08. I have never been to a show or entered one and I decided 4 days before the show to enter so I didn't have a lot of time to come up with a very creative design. It is all buttercream icing and has 149 roses on it. I didn't win but there were some AMAZING cakes at the show and my cake just didn't compare!! It amazes me how talented some people are!

I saw this cake at the show! Such pretty colors and I can't imagine making all those roses!
