    The cake is covered in fondant and all of the stringwork & flowers are done in royal.

    The cage is basically royal icing circles piped & dried stuck in between fresh RI "puffs". The circles are adjusted to sit on the edge & dry in place. The violets are stuck to piped leaves and then strings are piped across the circle supports.
