I am an Internal Auditor who is passionate about cake decorating, so when I cannot decorate a cake due to lack of time I give myself projects, I saw this in Romatic Wedding Cakes by Kerry Vincent and thought that it would be a good project. I did not have a cake to put it on but I mounted it on a gold covered cake board. It is made of gumpaste using cutters of different shapes and sizes to take out and insert coloured gumpaste.
