My fondant was all messed up. This is the first time I made a 5 layer cake. It was a layer of white chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries, then strawberry jelly, then white chocolate mousse wtih peaches, then peach jelly. Of course I rolled my fondant too thing...i would have been totally happy with the cake if I didnt roll the fondant too thing (sigh) P.S.
