My husband eats at least one sandwich per day, and this prompted me to try to make a sandwich cake. It was totally more difficult than I gave it credit for! I learned some good lessons with this one. All decorations are fondant, and the roast beef is hand-painted for its striations. When seen separately, the toppings looked pretty good. And I definitely want to invest in an airbrush, as I couldn't find brown in a spray.
