This was my first attempt at a carved cake. It was not as hard as I anticipated. Cake is strawberry with vanilla buttercream for my goddaughters 2nd birthday. I was in a rush and didnt have a round big enough to put the entire Happy Birthday, but hey, she is only 2..she didnt mind! TFL
