My first attempt at mini's for a customer's daughter's baby shower. These took forever and now I know why bakers charge so much for individuals. Cake is vanilla with raspberry mousse filling. TFL Comments welcome. $2.50 each...way underpriced. Next time I'll charge more like $5 each.

I'm sorry...another question...Did you use a mold for the feet?

Yes, they are covered in fondant with buttercream underneath as usual. I did use a sculpy mold for the feet, you should be able to find it in your local Michaels store. They are about 2.5 inches. I used a tomato paste can. I took the paste out, took off both ends with the can opener and washed it well! I ordered a cake ring but my supplier didnt have it in stock so I had to be creative, it worked out well. TFL
