This is my 2nd ever wedding cake. 5inch dummy with 8+11 inch mud cake. Very happy with how this turned out. It was nice to attend the wedding and have good feedback on the look and the taste, very rewarding. The roses were made with flower paste, and the gum leaves and twiggy bits were artificial. I think there were about 20 roses and about 6 buds all together. I wish I knew how to use the 5 petal cutter as they would've taken 1/2 as long, but these were done one petal at a time, very time consuming but worth it. Thanks for looking
