This is the cake I am going to enter in the county fair. It's only my second topsy-turvy cake. It's a WASC cake with espresso buttercream. Satin Ice fondant. The rules say it has to be on a piece of cardboard. No fancy plate. I put it on the big foil circle for picture taking. I was going to have stars coming out of the top, but the rules also say it has to be wrapped in plastic wrap or a plastic bag!?!?! So, no stars. :(
