This is done in Buttercream, w/Fondant Covered Pillars and Fondant/Gum Paste Blend Palm Tree leaves, Shells and Dolphins are done in White Chocolate. The Bride and I got this idea off of I think this web site and she added a little more to it. Thank you for the inspiration, I can't remember who you were.
