I tried to make this w/ the Harley colors for my future step dad. This is a strawberry cake with cream cheese filling, chocolate MMF with white chocolate ganache colored with orange Wilton color. The only downside to this absolute yummy cake was that it started to slide between layers b/c of the heat. But the taste made up for the sliding! Not too bad for my first choc. MMF!
