scratch WASC with white chocolate cream cheese frosting, covered in fondant. i tried to be accurate but not that hard because it was for a 2-yr old :) i cut 4-inch rounds and used the mini ball pan for the dome. used pearl luster dust in a few drops of vodka for the silver dome and edible markers.
