I made this funky colored cake for a co-worker (the colors suited her perfectly) chocolate cake with buttercream icing. I used tootsie roll for the polka -dots, thanks to a post in cake central (dont remember who) but love the idea of tootsie roll, i melted it in the microwave and was able to do alot with it.
