I made my birthday cake this weekend. First time using SMBC. Not sure if i like it yet. it was like working with whipped cream, but it was very yummy. Im not happy with the bows, it was my first try and i didn't add enough tylose to my fondant and they didn't harden enough, so they all fell. 8" WASC with raspberry SMBC filling, 10" chocolate WASC with peanut butter oreo SMBC filling. Very yummy.
