Too cute! How were you able to get the hippie to stand on his own? I never am able to get my fondant to harden enough to make figures out of it.

I used bamboo sticks, It took a little bit of work, but he finally came out. I left the bamboo sticks sticking out of the bottom a couple of inches, and then poked it into the cake. Thanks for looking.
