Top tier is yellow buttercake with IMBC. Middle tier is spice cake with mango filling. Bottom tier is chocolate cake with milk chocolate ganache. Cake is covered in IMBC. Flowers are gumpaste/fondant mix. Alstromerias use floral tape and wire, orchids and mums are completely edible.
